Joel Green

If you need a realtor, Joel is definitely your guy!! We like to call him uncle Joel behind his back because he really is more of a family member or friend than the stranger my husband and I met at an open house 6 or so years ago. He's helped us navigate some very challenging housing markets, stressful situations, and talked sense into us when we needed it most. We are forever thankful to him for being an ally, confidant, and voice of reason during our most recent endeavour in purchasing our dream home on a whim. Though we don't plan to move EVER again (it's seriously the worst), Joel is definitely the guy you need to guide you through. Not sure we could have/would have done it without him!
