Joe Battaglia

Joe was my agent 15 years ago when I sold my condo and purchased my current home. He was the obvious choice for my new purchase and sale. He has always been prompt in responding to my inquiries, and was the voice of reason when I had complaints about prospective buyers/agents in my home, coming up with solutions to make the process less stressful. He provided me with research on similar properties to come to a sale price to generate more traffic. Selling a home is difficult.
