We listed and completed the sale of our house in a short period with Joe Battaglia’s team. From the onset, Joe was careful to set the expectations and endeavoured to reduce our workload. He was straightforward, honest, and most importantly, very ethical. The house staging and photos were top-notch (thanks to Ewelina and the very professional photographer whose name we missed) and the team worked very hard to support us during this stressful process.
