Jodi helped us find our townhouse in Walnut Grove over 10 years ago at $425,000 and I remember her saying that in 10 years it would most likely be priced at $800,000. I thought she was nice but this sounded crazy to me! Now over 10 years later our same townhouse is valued at a million! So turns out she wasn’t so crazy after all! She knows her stuff. 👍🏻
