Ms. Swain was a wonderful agent to work with. Right from the start, she listened, communicated effectively and went out of her way to accommodate with meeting times etc. considering my husband and I were coming in from Toronto. What information she did not know about the property (information not provided by the Condo Association), she diligently pursued and provided. No nonsense, no hiccups, great follow through. Would definitely use her services again, and have already recommended her to others who are looking in the Barrie area.
