Our gal Jo is indeed a TOP notch realtor! The best out there! In truth, we reached out to her for rental options and after much deliberation and her great advice we opted to purchase. Not only was she very thorough and most available every single step of the way, she invested herself wholeheartedly into the entire process. We were so grateful being that we were out of province and it was no easy feat to carry this out from such a distance. She was always a text, email or phone call away and responded within minutes, if not seconds every time. She worked tirelessly trying to find us the best options within our perimeters, preferences and budget of course. She walked us through every detail and step of the process, answered all of our questions thoroughly and promptly. This gal is on the ball. No stones were unturned, no details left unexplained, and no questions left unanswered....right from beginning to end. Not only did we enjoy our time working with her from afar as she put the pieces and viewings together, but our time spent with her actually viewing these properties and making our final selection was certainly a delight. Not only is Jo extremely savvy and knowledgeable as a realtor and did phenomenal work in assisting us with our purchase but she a kind and caring individual that genuinely walked along side us as a friend. It was as though there was as much joy in the experience for her as for us. We trusted her wholeheartedly, and enjoyed every minute. She conducted herself most professionally, not solely with us as her clients but on every viewing, and in every situation we encountered with her. We had many laughs and had an immediate connection to her knowing she was indeed the real deal. Not just thinking of us as another business deal or another client, but truly putting our best interests first and making us feel as though our purchase was a priority, the success of helping us find precisely what we were seeking was her priority. Her advice, her work and her ethics are second to none.
