I would recommend this realtor, he went above and beyond on the sale of my home. He has a stager that he works to make the home as neat and appealing to every person coming through the door. Approaching the second week with no offers, he called me and asked if it’s ok to lower the price and how I felt about it, no pressure given. My realtor called or Email me every few days on how everything was going and if their was anything he can do for me. The same day that the price was lowered, I received 2 offers. He still was not satisfied with the first offers and he went back with both agents and asked to go back to their clients and asked them that if they want the house they had to put a better offer for their were 2 of them. He followed through for the person buying my home , that they got the loan and the home inspection before he called me about the good news . He called me as soon as he knew that everything was Ok , he came the same evening in person to celebrate together and congratulate me and put the SOLD sign outside and took a picture with me beside the sold sign.
