Jill's experience and knowledge makes her second to none. Her ability to carefully listen to what we wanted and guide us was excellent. We bought a strata property and Jill spent a few nights reading through 12 years of strata minutes and legal documents and found a couple of hidden issues that I just know we would've never noticed, until it was too late. She was then able to negotiate a resolve to those issues and successfully get us into the home we wanted. Outstanding! She also has some great partner support through her office that kept us extremely well looked after whilst she was away for a few days during the time we were looking to buy. Can't say enough good things about her and there is truly no substitute for the depth of experience she has.
