Jen was referred to me by a friend of mine about 5 years ago when I purchased my first condo. She was awesome, she helped me walk through all the "baby" steps of purchasing my first home. Jen made sure we bought the condo under listing, even though this was the crazy covid times with the inflated prices! Now, 5 years later I didn't hesitate to call her when I needed a realtor to rent my condo. This was a great decision, as just a couple of weeks in, I was able to rent it out for a great price!! Again, she made it extremely easy, did a great screening of potential renters and we went with a great option!
