I cannot recommend Jenn highly enough. I have now used her on three transactions, two condo purchases and a rent-to-own purchase. I consider her the local expert on 415 Greenview Dr., in Ottawa. She knows the building through and through, has the ear of the owners there, and often knows that something is coming for sale BEFORE it is listed.
