Jenn was professional, kind and patient with my wife and I as we embarked on buying our first home. She helped guide us on what to look for are represented us and our needs when it was time to negotiate. I was not present for a number of viewings as I was out of town but she was able to meet up with my wife and host me over FaceTime to view the walk through. She was very quick to answer our questions, there were many, and if she didn’t have an answer straight away she was resourceful enough to fine an answer quickly. My wife and I really got along with Jenn and she made us feel comfortable with the entire process.
