We were first time home sellers and Jay was very thorough at walking us through the process and made sure we understood what to expect. He arranged for the house to be staged and made some excellent recommendations on a few things to do around the house to make it as presentable as possible. He used several different media to push the house and increase exposure. In the end, he sold our house faster than expected.
