Jay Paramanathan

I migrated to Toronto from London, England. I am in a new country, a new job and I was starting a family with my Canadian wife. I needed a home, so my brother put me in touch with Jay. Frankly, you need to meet Jay in person to actually appreciate his character and knowledge. Here are some adjectives that I would personally use to describe him: honest, relentless, energetic, considerate and hard-working. We bought the house during the bidding war times in 2016, we were up against people with ready cash to buy a property and yet thanks to Jay's determination and knowledge we bought our first property in Ajax. Jay showed us nearly around twenty houses, I was fed up and ready to give up but Jay said "I am going to get you that home you want otherwise there is no point in me being in this profession!". About a month later, that miracle did happen! We were up against nine buyers (9 different vehicles parked outside on the offer day) and the seller chose us. I am now in the process of investing in my second property; this is all thanks to Jay and his relentless effort. So, you cannot go wrong at all if you are looking for an agent to buy or sell your home; give him a chance and I can truly say that you will not be sorry.
