My husband and I once again had the great pleasure of having Jason as our realtor. After all his professional guidance throughout the process of selling our home of 40 years, he worked very hard to help us find our new home, a condo. His friendly demeanor, sense of humour and genuine care for our needs made our search fun, easy and successful. Given that we haven't moved in such a long time, he provided us with detailed timelines of what needed to be done and what to expect leading up to our closing. We felt extremely supported every step of the way which removed any anxiety out of buying. Jason is extremely dedicated to his profession and it shows with his above and beyond attention and kindness to the point that when he knew we weren't happy with the digital front door lock because the face was cracked, he purchased a new one for us. He also indulged us with other personalised gifts in celebration of our move, for which we are very thankful. He is definitely a realtor extraordinaire and in many ways has become a friend. We are truly grateful for all his knowledgable input and advice throughout this journey and can't wait to move into our new home. We can't think of a better realtor to work with.
