What can we say? James and his team are the BEST!!! This was our first house sale and James helped throughout the process and was always super responsive. He provided: expert insight as to what repairs/renos were worth doing, comparables on house sales in the neighborhood and info on market conditions/trends, listing price recommendations (& his rationale) for ensuring that the house would get the most market attention, and his comprehensive sales & marketing plan for our property. Scott and James did a fantastic job with staging! The furniture and decor blended so well with the house's original features, but yet also managed to make the house look so modern and inviting. Photography and the online video tour were top notch - with expert composition and lighting that brought out and captured the best! All of this helped to ensure that the house had close to 100 viewings (during Covid challenged times over just a few days), and received many, many offers - topping our wildest expectations! We're so happy that we were lucky enough to have met James. He exudes professionalism, refinement, hustle. We are thrilled by the outstanding job that he and his top notch team did with our house sale and we can sincerely say that they exceeded our expectations by FAR.
