James made buying our first house (in a rush) an amazing experience. He helped win our bidding war under budget. He even negotiated in terms i never knew to ask about. During our walkthroughs and inspections he was able to explain all the features of the house. He recommended great people for our mortgage, insurance and everything else we needed. He was available for a call any time we had any questions or needed clarity. I’d recommend James with out hesitation.
