During this time of selling the market was adjusting itself and was at times hard to see the adjustment. Jake did such a good job of reassuring us that it will happen and price is always what matters in times like these. Him reassuring us that the right person will come along went a long way. Also giving us updates on feedback from viewing the property from other agents. Always positive with a calm assertiveness during such an adjustment in the market! So grateful for his steadfastness and belief!
