Jaclyn was amazing every step of the way. She was responsive, extremely knowledgeable, and had great advice at each stage while my partner and I searched for our first home. Jaclyn was great at negotiating, and the first offer we made was accepted (below asking)! Jaclyn made the sometimes stressful process as smooth as possible the whole way through.
