He is very friendly and patient. We must have looked at 20 houses, didn't really like any of them. He didn't mind, kept showing us more until we found one we did like. He sold our existing house, staged it, conducted an offer night and obtained a price which was well beyond what we had expected. It was interesting that other homes on our street didn't sell, while ours sold in a multiple offer bidding contest. He even managed to sell our dodgy rental building for again, more than I expected.
