We met Ivan in september he was so nice and comprehensive, we visited so many homes and he was always proactive and scheduled visits even during snow storms , his support was amazing and his negociations skills enabled us to purchase a house in fall river the perfect fit for us at a 60 k discount , we are extremely grateful .
