I had the pleasure of working with Ishtiaq! As my husband and I navigated the process of buying our first home. He has been incredibly helpful and patient throughout the entire journey, ensuring everything went smoothly. As first-time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions, but Ishtiaq was always there to guide us every step of the way. The downpayment assistance program they offer was also a huge plus and made a big difference for us. Highly recommend!
