Irina suggested some improvements to my parents,neglected 60 year old house,that didn't break the bank,and made it much more appealing to potential buyers;including replacing kitchen and entranceway flooring,removing old basement tiles,and putting in carpeting,refinishing main floor and 1 set of stairs,new kitchen appliances,sinks in washrooms,and painting throughout;brought an old/tired house,back to life. Her professional contacts,eg.,electrician,painters,refinishers,were prompt,and did excellent work.
