Ingrid helped my wife and I buy our current house and we are so happy with it. It is a house type that we weren't even considering because of our wrong preconceived notions about it. She was nice enough to offer us some education and a "what would you lose" risk-free walkthrough of a couple of houses of that type, which completely changed our mind. I appreciate that she gave us what I needed even when we didn't know it. One great aspect about her is she is very active. I worked with other realtors before her and usually my complain slowness and for a lack of a better word "laziness". They lacked that fire that she has. I met her in an open house randomly and immediately, I had great listings bombarding my email. When I saw a listing I liked, she would always make time for a showing no matter how ridiculous the time or location is. The relationship with her seems more of a friendship than a realtor relationship. Now, even though there is no active purchase or sale in progress, she still gives us all the education and time needed whether over the phone or through her newsletter emails that usually include some useful insight about the market. Overall, our experience with her was very positive and I'd definitely work with her again and recommend others to do so.
