Howard Krangle

We were searching for our first home for well over a year. Our one bedroom apartment was just too small and because we wanted to start a family, it was time to move. Howard was able to figure out a way for us to keep our condo apartment and rent it out, leveraging its value toward the purchase of our first home.
At the time, bidding wars in Toronto and the extended GTA were ridiculously out of control! We must have participated in six (6) multiple offers and were beginning to lose hope we would never buy a house. This said, in the end, it was Howard's art of negotiation with the Sellers which brought our purchase to fruition. Without his knowledge, persistence, experience, and enthusiasm, our dream could not have been made more wonderful!
