Hiroshi Kubota

Hiroshi was the best part of our house hunting experience. His two best qualities are - patience and integrity. We were extremely confused about what we wanted, and we saw everything - condos, townhomes as well as single family houses - by the end we might have seen around hundred properties in almost all parts of Burnaby, Coquitlam, Surrey and Langley. We never found him lacking in enthusiasm or curtesy. We never found him nudging us to “just enter the market” or “not let go of such good opportunity”. On the contrary, he helped us to look properly and calculate total cost of ownership accurately - and for new immigrants from India this information was necessary. Hiroshi doesn’t know - we saw another agent as at one point in time we thought that he wasn’t pro-active enough and/or his knowledge is limited in Fraser Valley area. Buying house after the pandemic was no fun and there were moments of frustration. But after a few outings with the other agent she started to nudge us and push us and we realized why we liked Hiroshi at first place - he is not aggressive or unpleasant! Since about everything in our requirement was fluid, only we could guess what we wanted at a given moment. Anyway, we soon came back to him, used our experience so far to freeze our requirements and after couple of months we found an amazing townhouse that checked all our requirements. I am writing this review from there, with a smile on my face as I reminisce that experience. To sum up, if you like to do business with a professional and a gentleman, you need to look no further than Hiroshi. We for sure won’t.
