I'm not sure how we originally connected with Helen, or who introduced us, but the best decision we ever made was to work with Helen on all our real estate transactions over the years. Not only is Helen the consummate professional on all levels, she provides a wealth of experience, keen negotiating skills, clear communications, and wise counsel. It's her wise counsel we followed when we moved to Penticton to be closer to our youngest son and his family. She urged us not to sell our condo in North Vancouver, but rather to test-drive Penticton for a year and then make the decision. As it turned out, my son and his family moved back to the Lower Mainland, and we followed a year later moving back into our condo, which we had rented out while we were gone.
