Buying and selling a house is a very emotional journey. People often lose sight of that when it is about property, timing, money all those physical things that come with change. Heather was not only a professional and experienced realtor whom we could trust implicitly for her honesty, integrity and thoroughness, she was also an incredible emotional support. Selling our home of 32 years was emotional, not just physical, and I felt supported by her all the way through the process. The experience was happening so fast that it was hard to process at times. I was so beautifully and wonderfully supported in all aspects and that is the most important thing about anyone for me, let alone trusting a realtor dealing with one your biggest decisions in life, whether buying or selling. I don't know if this is a significant criteria for top-agent but it should be! I would award her that if it was in my power to do so. Thank you Heather!
