From our initial conversations over the phone, and them trying to understand not just our financial position but our family needs as well was truly appreciated. I love how they went on further to invite us to their offices. We brought in our “high energy” kids and they loved not just the hot chocolate offered, but being accepted and accommodated in a space where adults were discussing adult stuff. Love that they were allowed to be kids.    Right up to offering to come with us on the sales day at Mattamy. Didn’t expect to have a rep be there that early on a Saturday morning. Tyler was there early and waited with us until the signing in the late hours of the day.
