Gord Piper was an excellent realtor to work with. His experience and knowledge in helping determine the present value of my home was considerable. He has very good communication skills, is very honest, and kept me up to date of progress and information on changes in the market throughout the whole process. I would say his best quality is his integrity in all his dealings with clients. I have bought and sold many homes over my years, and I can honestly say I cannot remember any of those realtors. But I will remember Gord Piper and will refer my friends to him without a doubt. The whole process was calm and "easy". !!
