As a first time home buyer, my husband and I were having trouble finding our dream home. We wanted too much and neither of us wanted to negotiate on our expectations. He really wanted the location to be at a prime spot while I wanted a move in ready home. Unfortunately our budget weren’t very flexible. Eventually with the help of Geraldine and her counselling, we were able to find a perfect home in a good location that is well maintained. I hesitated at first if I should get the home, but thankfully I listened to Geraldine advice or else I would have missed this great opportunity. Her realtor advice was sound and excellent.
