Georgiana is not only a professional, knowledgeable realtor, she is also a kind and warm human being. She gave my husband and I expert advice as to how to prepare our house for sale (which included a fresh coat of paint and a maid service); she answered our boat load of random questions quickly, and then helped us sell our house well over asking! We are now in our forever home but will 100% recommend Georgiana to friends and family.
