This is the first time dealing with Ernie and he was wonderful. He knew all about all the questions we asked and helped us when we were not sure what we had to do next. I would definitely use him if I ever buy anything again and will recommend him to anyone I know of looking to buy or sell a house. It was a pleasure working with him.
