Okay, let's be honest, most real estate agents would not put in a whole lot of effort to get you a rental. Most of their time really should be spent trying to find homes that people want to purchase. When I was looking for a rental and I met Erika I was expecting to be contacted sometime within a week and maybe looking at places within another week. Erika is not that type of real estate agent. She worked incredibly hard and Incredibly fast to find me a place. I was in a real bind and within a couple of days I was looking at apartments within my budget that had everything I required.
