We bought and sold with Erik. In selling Erik sold our home for more money than we thought we would get. He advertised a lot and had a lot of traffic through our house which increased the amount of people interested in our home. When we purchased Erik negotiated the best price in our favour. The sellers we bought from were difficult to deal with. Erik stepped up to the plate and dealt with every problem that arose taking the stress away from us. Erik is knowledgeable,professional and experienced. He got us the house we wanted in our preferred neighbourhood at the price we wanted. We love our house and are very thankful we had Erik on our side. I would highly recommend him and would definitely use him again.
