We had complete trust in Erik in selling our home and what he and his team offered. They delivered and we had a quick sale. Erik was quick to address any issues we had during close. Erik has great knowledge of houses & taught us many things. He was very patient with us as we looked at many homes and in many towns. Erik went above and beyond our expectations. Erik always put us at ease when we were scared, stressed & nervous.
