Erica Scheffer

We recently purchased a new house through the Agency and worked exclusively with Erica Scheffer. I’m writing this as a testimonial letter on our experience with Erica.

We were excited people looking to find our family home. Concerned of our budget and bank dealings, we looked at many houses. Believing we knew what we were after. Erica took no time identifying our wants, likes and dislikes and this was proven in the houses that were booked for viewings, thoughts she shared and reminders of what we liked or didn’t in prior viewings. Prompt in returning calls at any time, allowing us to re-view houses and the input of her knowledge on what areas are doing what in the market, when and what to offer. This ultimately lead to us putting an offer on the home we wanted, this didn’t work out to a purchase. Once again Erica came through with kind thoughts and words, along with guidance on what’s next, with this advice we continued on looking. Well in a weeks’ time the house which we put an offer on, wanted to talk again as Erica had already suspected would happen and again we followed her, letting her do her work, which came up with an accepted offer which fell in with the budget we could live with. Now living in our home and looking back on how we got here. We wanted to share our experience and to thank Erica for her support, efforts and overall for being a great person to work with.
