Eric has been our realtor on both sides of a property transaction over the last few years. He's helped us sell our previous property, bought our current property, and now helped us sell this home. Every time we've asked him to represent us, he's been the quintessential professional, and absolutely knows how to describe, stage, list and market a property for maximum return. His assistance in helping us understand the local market, its trends, the potential buyer pool and everything in between has been instrumental in making this most recent sale as smooth as it can be. Even when an emotional wrench was thrown into our recent sale situation, he handled it with aplomb, and ensured we were well taken care of. Because COVID-19 is still prevalent, he even supplied the PPE to potential buyers when touring our home. And don't be afraid to ask him about a referral from his network. Our search for a new home across the country was made easier because of the relationships he's made over the years. Lean on it, and you'll be well rewarded. Since I've been introduced to Eric, I will say that he's grown beyond the role of our realtor agent, and I'm proud to call him a friend that we can rely on for anything.
