Eric actively listened to all our needs and wants for our home, and based on that he recommended potential neighborhoods, which really helped us to focus our search in a limited area, rather than looking all over GTA. Eric went above and beyond to ensure we get best value for our money and we get the house that we love. He was always very patient and attentive. At multiple occasions, Eric visited the property before us to do a thorough analysis and send us a video with his honest comments. This helped us to determine if we want to view the house or not, given that some of the locations were far for us to commute.
