Eduardo Fritis

Eduardo really pictured the perfect place for me after meeting me in February 2011. He showed me five or six places but I ended up placing an offer for the first one he showed me. By April 2011 I was moving into this wonderful apartment in New Westminster. Eduardo somehow read my heart and knew what I was looking for. I recommended Eduardo to one of my friends and co-worker and they had a similar experience. He is the first person I would recommend if somebody is looking for a place.
After the deal was finished I have received continuous support from him on the practical aspects of ownership: taxes, maintenance, insurances, etc. Very quick turn-around and always prepared like a boy-scout. I love his sense of humour as well!
