Hands down, Dylan deserves all the stars! He is more than helpful, very attentive to detail and focuses on what you want oppose to what he wants to offer you. My property purchase experience was fantastic, as he stuck by my side every step of the way and offered me not only his professional opinion, but his personal opinion as well, which never conflicted with my goal of purchasing a house. Rather, his insight aided me in making an informed/confident decision. I can safely say I would recommend Dylan 1000 times over!
