Dulcie Sharpe

Recently, we were referred to Dulcie Sharpe, to purchase our new home in Kelowna. She had a comprehensive approach to the process, and we felt so comfortable with each step. She navigated every component, including dealing with the fact that we lived out of town and had to view properties on short notice. My husband and I have totally different buying personalities and Dulcie was patient, accommodating and listened well to our many questions. We both felt really comfortable with Dulcie and she honoured our process as we narrowed down the area of town we wanted to move to. When you are buying a house you have to spend a lot of time with your realtor. We enjoyed every minute with Dulcie. Dulcie was so helpful with referrals for the lawyer, house inspector (excellent), and contractors for repairs, etc., and she made it look easy! Such an important quality for out-of-town buyers. In the end she found our perfect forever home, the right size, the right location and at the right price. We knew Dulcie had been in the business for a long time and brought years of expertise but her skill in negotiating the best price for us was a wonderful gift. We have already referred her to our friends!
