Doug was outstanding!! I was impresed with Dougs knowledge of the market and how he explained how it works with regard to selling our property. He was not pushy at all with his views but only gave the direction we needed to make the right decision. He was also extreemly patient as he waited quite a long time for me to be finished my renovations, but was always ready to help reevaluate the price time and time again. Once the house was listed he was on it and had showings and open houses rolling! His expertise in the negotiotiating process really drove the deal home and It did not take long to sell the house for a very desirable price.
