Dorthy did an amazing job, I knew the house was in rough shape so the target buyer would have to be able to do a remodel, she lined up a selection of her top clients and my 80yr old mother only had to be away from the house for 1 afternoon, we didn’t have to prep the house for multiple showings, and she got it sold in 1 day at full price. She also found the perfect new adult condo for my mother and got the perfect deal on the new place in just a few days. This lady really cares about her clients like they were her own family.
