We knew it was soon time to downsize and then found out my husband was going overseas for a year. Donna stepped in and was able to sell our house quickly and we were in our new apartment with 3 weeks to spare! She listened to our goals for price and deadline, and patiently guided us through setting the right price for a swift sale. When she saw a few things with the house that needed immediate attention she managed the process of getting them done. We just couldn't imagine how the process could have gone any better!
