Working with Denise was amazing. I can't thank her enough for helping us buy our new home in Qualicum Beach. She was patient, enthusiastic, professional and so much fun. We had many questions about each property, within hours she had investigated, found out what we needed to know. She knew the area so well, and was able to answer questions regarding zoning, bylaws, permits, septic, wells. She organized properties for us to see very quickly, and was absolutely instrumental in helping us purchase our home even though there were multiple offers on the property.
