Our house-buying journey with Debra first began in the summer of 2022. She had previously advised my parents in their house-buying process. This process meant great to my brothers and me, seeing how it was and is the biggest purchase we have ever made. However, she made the whole process seem more manageable. Debra found us great selections that met all of our expectations. In addition, she was accommodating regarding some of our limitations, like our budget, aided us in finding solutions to certain obstacles, and gave us the inside scoop on grants that reassured and assisted us in this process. I recommend Debra Black as a real estate agent if anyone is considering buying a house.
