Debby Momm

I got so much to say about Debby Momm… I could write a book! But in a word, I’ll call her an “Angel.” I happened to come across Debby back in summer 2013, when she had sold a couple of units in the complex where, as of March 2025, I had lived in for a quarter of a century… Thanks to Debby! I had requested Debby to sell my home. Met up with her and laid ALL my cards with my situations back then. She confidently asked me NOT TO sell my home. She could have very well sold it and made her commissions, but she was empathetic and compassionate enough to show me the SOLUTIONS to the gut wrenching problems I was facing in 2013. I decided to keep my home. Fast forward over a decade later, 2024/2025. I reached out to Debby again… not sure if I wanted to rent or sell. Debby was very understanding in not influencing me either way. She gave me the space that I needed to make my decision. The one thing she made sure before going along with my decision was, that I had a place to go, where I was going to be as happy as I was in my previous home. When I finally did decide to sell my home, Debby took over. I mean completely! Everything after that went gracefully, effortless and with flow. Debby knew exactly what documents to look for, from the Condo board documents to surveys and everything in between. Debby’s support from the very beginning, up until the closing date, has been nothing but positive and impeccable!! Sending so much gratitude to you, Debby!
