Debbie was our agent when we bought our first home five years ago. Now that we are ready to move to a new home, we went with the same agent, why? Debbie was very patient with us during our house hunting with our then 2-month-old daughter. We looked at a lot of properties, and Debbie was very considerate knowing that there are specific things we are looking for in a house since we have a child on a wheelchair. She gives input on some of the things that we might have otherwise overlooked which is really helpful given the current housing market where you need to remove conditions (including inspection) to make your offer appealing. We never felt rushed to make any decisions especially on bidding and we never felt that we are forced onto something. She accommodates our schedule and we can contact her anytime if we have questions or concerns. Very approachable. She explains the process of buying and selling and was transparent and upfront of any cost associated with it. She also make sure of our safety given the current pandemic and never let her guard down, she follows the province’s protocol for pandemic. She is courteous and respectful of our time and make sure that our showings are seamless and organized. She communicates and gives us updates in a timely manner. Debbie sold our home above asking. We are really happy with her work and service. We highly recommend her and we would work with her again if we decide to move to a new home again!
