Dave Nicholson

This is the second time that I have worked with Dave. Dave came highly recommended in 2017 by a colleague realtor in Toronto as I was relocating to Calgary for a workplace opportunity. He supported me as a first time home buyer in considering location and specific needs that I may have as a busy professional. He was professional in every respect and was quick in responding to questions that I had. He was also supportive and knowledgeable in pointing out specific considerations of the properties viewed. The purchase itself went smoothly. A decade later, I reconnected with Dave to view selected properties in the Parkdale area. He was quick to respond despite being on vacation and made himself available the day following his return. Dave again went above and beyond in placing an offer and subsequent counter offers on a favoured home; he was supportive after discovering that the home went to a lower bidding party and helpful in revamping a search. I have since purchased a home in September 2026 and moved in. Dave also helped in selling my primary home; he was helpful in providing upgrade recommendations and was quick in listing it following my move in September 2026. There were some challenges in selling with the changing market, however Dave continued to rally despite this. An offer came in several days before Christmas with planned possession date at the end of January without any hiccups to date. Through all of this, Dave has continued to provide recommendations when questions have surfaced following sale. Suffice it to say that Dave has provided amazing service and made my home purchase and sale a pleasurable experience. Thank you, Dave!
