We cannot thank James Frodyma and Team Elfassy enough for the incredible job they did selling our home in Bolton! We were definitely feeling the pressure after purchasing our new place with James first, which left us on a tight timeline to sell our current house. James completely took the stress out of the situation. He immediately rolled out a fantastic marketing strategy that brought in serious buyers right away. Amazingly, our house was sold in just 3 days for a price that was very close to asking and exactly what we were hoping for. If you need a realtor who truly delivers under pressure, we highly recommend James!
